Citation of monographic and secondary literature

Hello,

is it possible to use jurabib for this kind of citation:

Case A: some monographic literature will be very often cited and
should be abbreviated by usual Keys (ex. 1, 2, 3) 

Case B: a lot of secondary literature will be cited seldom, and in
usual Author (Year) (ex. 4,) 

1) PhT No. 21
2) P § 30
3) DM P. 7
4) Berkeley, 1920, P. 12

I require both kinds of citation in the same document.
I need this distinction on bibliography level (literature.bib). 
Case B should be no problem. In my tests it works great. 
But for case A I have no Idea... I tried a bid with howcited, but
without success...

Any Ideas?
