I suppose that's because jurabib is spoiled by the number at the  
beginning of the entry.
Try another set of brackets around the entry or something like that:
Edition = {{1ra Ed., 1ra Reimpresi{\'o}n Revisada y Corregida}}

If that doesn't work, please supply a complete minimal example.
