Dear Sebastian,

I don't think this is possible with current Jurabib, as the formatting command 
of the editor in the incollection type is the same as in the others. But you 
could consider satisfying the publisher's strange wishes by so-called 
`roundtripping'. That is: generate OpenOffice output from your text with 
TeX4ht, then generate LaTeX output from OpenOffice with writer2latex, a tool 
you find on the web. This gives you a LaTeX version of your paper without 
BibTeX dependency. Then you can edit the markup by hand. 

Of course not a good idea for a whole book, but for an article, it is ok. In a 
book, one is kindly advised not to use these ways of formatting 
bibliographical information :-)
