Beginners Questions I: Syntax of the \jurabibsetup{}-Statement

Hello list,

having read the jurabib Documentation I selected the following options
to be used for jurabib:

\jurabibsetup {
    authorformat=smallcaps,%
    authorformat=reducedifibidem,%
    authorformat=and,%
    authorformat=year,%
    titleformat=italic,%
    titleformat=colonsep,%
    ibidem=name&title&auto,%
    superscriptedition=all,%
    pages=always,%
    chicago=true%
    }


This results in the following error:

! Incomplete \iffalse; all text was ignored after line 26.
<inserted text>
                \fi
l.26     }
      
?


Can anybody tell me what I can do to fix this? (I tried for about an
hour, but nothing helped)
Btw. the same options worked when I just uncommented them in the
jurabib.cfg file, but that is rather large and complicated to maintain.
I attached the whole tex-file, so you can have a look at it.
