Beginners Questions II: Formatting of pagenumbers & Journal article's shorttitles

Hello again everybody,

now as it basically works, there are two issues I still did not manage
to solve:

1. I would like 'p.' / 'pp.' (respectively the german 'S.') before _all_
mentions of page numbers in my document (Citations & Bibliographies,
pagenumbers of incollections & the cited page thereafter). I got Jurabib
to reach that partly, but never for _all_ pagenumbers. What options do I
need to add?

2. Is there a general option to handle shorttitles of articles identical
to e.g. incollection types? (I don't like the usage of journal names there)
