Hi Philipp,

You can find there a description of another package named multibib in
combination with jurabib. With that I was able to use two separate
bibliographies with customized headings and contents (If you like, I
can send you my latex code as a sample).
 
It is a thread in the MacUser-Forums, but should apply similarly to
any other System running latex.
