Unexpected error using jurabib and bibtopic

Trying to use jurabib with bibtopic.

begin of the file menegos-bib.sty :

after the LaTeX compiling, the first BibTeX compiling gives :

I found no \bibdata command---while reading file ogygos.aux

I was unable to find any explanation of such error in the bibtopic doc …
Can someone help me ?
I'm working on Mac OSX Tiger with a recent teTeX and TeXShop 2.09b, I  
have runed "sudo texhash"
