Hello everybody,

now I finally figured out how to do it:
One has to fill in _all_ three fields: shortauthor, shorttitle and
howcited. Up to now I had the field shortauthor empty, because I
didn't need an author.

My suggestion for the documentation: Please mention that a shorttitle
has no effect if no shortauthor is given. Respectively change the
code, so that a shorttitle is used by jurabib even if there is no
shortauthor given.
