colon before page(s) in citation

Hi,
I've tried all kins of options with jurabib, but I simply can't figure
out how I can exchange the comma before the page(s) (the optional
field) with a colon. I want to have the following happening:

\citep[44]{Marx99} -> (Marx, 1899: 44)

Any suggestions?
