OK. I understand what you want. Add the editor information in the titleaddon
field in your bib file. You can enter in the bib file macros like \edbyname
etc. if you wan't to be able to change abreviations afterwards.
The long term solution in jurabib would be to add a 'critical edition'
template like archival and periodical.
PS : Having some images of what you want to do is very useful.
