Re: MHRA style

I just noted that the publisher information is wrong. The first book has the correct lay-out 
(<place>: <publisher>, <year>), the other two are wrong.

I can solve this problem in the .bib file (by typing the publisher as '<place>: <publisher>). 
But if anyone knows how I can get the publisher right automatically then that would much 
better as I would not have to edit all my bibliography references.
