Hi Hans,

they say "you can run, but you can't hide".  Which probably has nothing to
do with this situation.  Mea culpa.

Attached is a fairly small "mwe" example.  When I use the "stock"
node-ref.lmt, there are two clickable links in this document.  When I use
the node-ref.lmt you sent me, the links are coloured, but not interactive.

(With appropriate context --make after each change of node-ref.lmt.)
