Hi autumnus,

I can confirm the issue with both current LMTX and LuaTeX (both for
latest from 2026.04.27 13:56).

I cannot find `saveinlist` in
https://www.pragma-ade.com/general/qrcs/setup-en.pdf. I have searched it
in Codeberg, since it’s the first time I see this option. It doesn’t
seem to be a recent implementation.

Wolgang, could you take a look at this?
