shadow: a rewrite drops module

Hi,

A while back Peter Rolf had released drops module for drawing realistic shadows using Imagemagick.

It worked both for boxshadows (shadows behind frames) and metapost path, but the metapost interface was a bit awkward. 

I have rewritten the module from scratch to have a nicer interface.
