Re: setup and usage for glossaries

Jim,

I’m very busy with my own publishing projects, but as soon as I can find 
the time, I’ll take a look at the new version of “A Not So Short,” as 
well as your proposal to document the basics of indexing and 
glossaries. In short, while ConTeXt allows you to quickly implement 
simple indexes (e.g., “apple [page] 12, 18, 25”) without any special 
technical knowledge, things get more tricky if you want an index with 
headings, subheadings, etc.
