Ton,

thanks for the comments on the math chapter.  I tried to reply to your
email, and I got a "permanent fatal error", saying
        all hosts for '<that hostname>' have been failing for a long time

Maybe this is a transient error, but if you aren't getting any email
recently, this could be the reason.
