vskip causes error

In the past I adjusted the vertical distance between blackrule and notes by \vskip:

\unexpanded\def\MyRule{\blackrule[width=30pt,height=1.5pt]\vskip2pt}
%\unexpanded\def\MyRule{\blackrule[width=30pt,height=1.5pt]}

\setupnote[footnote][before=\vskip26pt,rule=command,rulecommand=\MyRule]


\starttext

Test \footnote{text} test.

\stoptext


In recent version this causes an error.
What needs to be changed?
