Here you go - please be as critical as you wish/can.   The .otf file has
one for inline (unicode E1200) and one for display (unicode E1201).

Funny to me how unicode is simultaneously "too little" and "too much"!

Tested in lualatex because I do not immediately know how to get such a
companion font into ConTeXt.   Look at the .lfg files of other fonts, or
maybe somebody else on this list is willing to help you.
