The documentation is not in sync with the new mechanism. We are
working on a manual for the new columnsets. You better load the older
one and work with them for the moment. The mvlcolumnsets.tex tex files
are merely a copied version of the older setup, meant to be adapted
for the newer version. Maybe they should not even have been included
in the distribution at this point.
