Reorganization of the ConTeXt Garden bibliography pages

Hello there !

After several weeks of work, and following suggestions from a number of=20
contributors about organizing documentation according to the principles=20
of Di=C3=A1taxis, I have substantially reorganized the ConTeXt Garden pag=
es=20
devoted to bibliography and citations.

The previous material had grown into a set of long and rather dense=20
pages in which tutorials, practical recipes, explanations, and reference=20
information were often mixed together. I have therefore divided and=20
restructured it so that readers can more easily identify:

  *

    where to begin;

  *

    how to perform a specific task;

  *

    where to find command-level information;

  *

    and where to read broader explanations of the bibliography system.

The pages are still under construction, but they are already fairly=20
substantial and usable. Some areas still need further work, especially=20
the presentation and comparison of bibliography styles such as APA,=20
Chicago, SBL, and others available or relevant in ConTeXt.

Other parts of ConTeXt Garden are also currently being revised according=20
to the same general approach, with the aim of separating tutorials,=20
how-to guides, reference material, and explanatory pages more clearly.

Please feel free to improve these pages if you have time, or to point=20
out anything that seems incorrect, uncertain, incomplete, or=20
insufficiently explained. Technical corrections, tested examples, and=20
suggestions concerning bibliography styles would be particularly welcome.
