I do not have Acrobat, but when using okular, I get nothing before
also enabling interaction (\setupinteraction[state=start]), and then I
get what I expect (the url www.org in green, and hovering points to
http://www.org). Is Acrobat perhaps trying to make a link out of
something that is not?
