Hi Steffen,

in my experience, “Acrobat” is especially prone to parse links from pure
text (at least, by default).

In any case, I have checked your sample with
https://www.ngpdf.com/loadFile and there seems not to be any url tagging.

That being said, I don’t know how url should be handled in PDF-1.7 tagging.
