Wrt texlive etc: best not ship immediately after an upload! I though we 
discussed that ... esp when we have some changes in the packaging. For 
instance I noticed that --luatex doesn't work on windows (here we need 
to adapt to slashed that differ between luatex and luametatex so that 
got fixed), which means an update one of these days.

The aarch64 I compile myself on a rpi so somehow i didn't scp the file 
right. I'll check it. Wrt linux: we need to update the build machine (or 
just settle for ubuntu 24.04 level bins).

so .. just wait for an update
