'pgfPTSoft', 'pgfPTJmol', 'pgfPTCPK', 'pgfPTRasmol', 'pgfPTRasmolNew', 'pgfPTWikipedia',
'pgfPTMNM', 'pgfPTPS', 'pgfPTRadio' and 'pgfPTBlocks'. Fixed some typos in the manual.
