 * Added `fontset` and `zihao` options to directly pass to `ctex`.

 * Support for adding scores to `\subquestion`.

 * Reorganized document and package comments.

 * Redefined some commands (`\parallel`, `\Re`, `\Im`) to align
   with national standards.
