Summary description:  Typesetting package for Hieroglyphic Luwian

 This update includes a small change to the character that is used
 for half-brackets in transcriptions to be in line with what is used
 on HethPort's Hittite corpus.  The characters used are now U2E22 and
 U2E23, modified from U2308 and U2309.
