 Fix for missing glyphs due to upstream changes in names.
 (I wish they would do they all in one go rather than in dribbles!)
 Support for all weightsSwitch to docstrip, l3builds and fontscripts.

 DOWNSTREAM PACKAGING CHANGES REQUIRED.
 The batch file must be processed to generate the sty etc.
