### Changed
- The documentation now states that `scaletextbullet` does not
load any other packages.
- The documentation now states that `\scaletextbullet` does nothing
if its argument evaluates to zero.
- The documentation now states that `\scaletextbullets` does nothing
if any of its arguments evaluates to zero.
### Fixed
- The package now correctly uses `\setlength` when setting
`LaTeX2e` lengths.
