Changes made in version 1.3:
- the command `\cisterciannumE` is renamed to `\cistercianeval` (the old name
will be removed in the next version)
- the debug message formatting was slightly adjusted
- three one-off macros were removed reducing the clutter to the hash table
- documentation changes
