 Tired of typing long and unreadable \textipa{} commands?
 The XSIPA package offers a clean and efficient solution for
 phonetic transcription in LaTeX.
 Inspired by the XSAMPA system, XSIPA provides short, engine-aware
 commands that seamlessly translate to IPA using either tipa or
 xunicode, depending on your TeX engine.

... once a severe bug has been fixed that is currently inhibiting
