* changed hyperindexformat to hyperxindexformat to prevent wrong

* set the pdfa key automatically if an A-standard is set in
\DocumentMetadata. issue #387
* test if \ifmeasuring@ already exists, tagging-project issue #920
* Various typos and wrong spelling corrected
