 ### Fixed
  - links not in a Link or Reference structure should not create
    an OBJR (lua only)
  - Artifact should be mapped to Private in PDF 1.7
  - parent-child-check=atend didn't detect misplaced real content.
  - catcode table in lua code for parent-child-checks

 ### Added
  - experimental header tagging (page/tag-header-footer)
    (tagging-project issue #928)
