Summary description:  A complete Greek font with Latin and Cyrillic, too

 This update to the gentium-sil package now includes the Gentium Book
 sibling family, originally omitted merely by oversight.
 The Gentium Book design is a slightly heavier weight version of Gentium.

 The Gentium and GentiumBook subdirectories are exactly as released by
 SIL (https://software.sil.org/gentium), with no changes whatsoever.
