     - Options `tabularray` and `tabularray*` to use tblr tables
         inside tcolorbox conveniently (pull request #334)

 - Libary `skins`:
     - `attach boxed title to ... text ...` ignores `xshift` setting (issue #331)
 - `spread inwards` and `spread outwards` lost `toggle enlargement` for
     twosided documents since version 4.21 (2019-09-19) (issude #335)

     - Doc polishment and correction (pull request #325)
     - Description of `extras` made clearer (part of issue #326)
     - Mention `transform shape` for the `tikz` option (issue #327)
     - Missing counter names in references resulting from
