### Changed

- permission checking for scripts regarding x-bits has changed

  In pkgcheck 3.3.0 a script having the x-bit set but doesn't have a shebang causes E0002
  error message.

  Now, it will be accepted that a script with a shebang doesn't have the x-bit set.

- permission checking for Windows command files

  If the file is a windows command file ie. a file with extension `.bat`, `.cmd`, `.ps1`, `.nsh` or `.reg`
  then we accept both 644 and 755

  Previously, 755 for a windows command file caused an E0002 error.

- crates update

### Fixed

- wrong ownership permission unequal to 7 for directories wasn't recognized
- pdf checking: suppress unwanted warning messages
