Summary description: Use TikZ's method of remembering a position on a page

Main new feature: this implements an optional rounding for the data saved by 
tikzmark to avoid imperceptible changes in the page layout triggering a "re-run 
LaTeX" notification when it isn't needed.

Also: bug fixes, primarily to do with the highlighting code.
