Version v0.9 of lua-unicode math is primarily a bugfix release, but some 
bugfixes constitute breaking changes in behavior:

- The definitions of \symcal and \symscr are exchanged to better align with fonts.
- The commands \cdots and \ldots are taken from the Unicode math font instead of having their legacy definitions
