KKsymbols 2.2.1: enclosures now auto-align their content to the
current font's x-height by default, so short glyphs such as the
lowercase roman numerals of \Rrnum line up uniformly without
manual \vphantom (new \kksref / \kksrefoff / \kksrefauto);
also fixes an infinite hang when a font-size command is used
inside an argument. Backward compatible.
