This release adds a public interface for querying CTeX heading numbering, 
improves LuaTeX compatibility, and updates documentation.

BREAKING CHANGES

- Block loading the incompatible `CJKfntef` package on the LuaTeX backend; recommend using `lua-ul` instead (#381).

NEW FEATURES

- Provide interfaces to query heading numbers, full labels, and numbering 
switches by level, allowing Beamer theme authors to read and respond to CTeX 
localized numbering settings through public interfaces without accessing private 
variables (#275).

DOCUMENTATION

- Document the compatibility behavior of preserving zero paragraph indentation (#402).
- Reorganize third-party compatibility notes by package, and add guidance on 
using ctex with `babel` and `biblatex` (#986, #987).
