### Added

New errors detection

   - E0044: wrong permissions for directory in a TDS zip archive

   - E0045: wrong permissions for a file in a TDS zip archive

   - E0046: file or directory in a TDS zip archive has special bits on
     - setuid/setgit bits on files
     - sticky bit on directories
     Actually this should not create problems as unpacking a TDS zip archive skips those bits

   - E0047: file or directory in a package has special bits on
     - setuid/setgit bits on files
     - sticky bit on directories
     In practice this should not happen as unpacking a zip or tar archive skips these bits

   - Add DetectResult::Pe (Portable Executable) which is
     `application/vnd.microsoft.portable-executable`
     - file types registered are `.exe`, `.dll`, `.sys`, `.scr`, `.cpl`, `.efi`
     - permission can be anything as long as the file readable

### Fixed

   - in some cases the error message for bad permissions was an incomplete output instead of E0002
   - many documentation improvements
