 Texchanges 0.2.2 introduces a LaTeX-native review workflow for authors,
 reviewers, and automated editing tools. The package supports explicit
 review markup, named authors, stable change IDs, accept and reject
 decisions, filtered reports, multiple visual styles, localization,
 Overleaf workflows, and compatibility commands for users migrating
 from the changes package.
 Change reports appear only in review mode.
