Andrew Trevorrow has retired from the shareware business and announced
that OzTeX is to be considered freeware:

I guess that means that OzTeX should be listed under the heading "Free
TeX implementations" instead of under "Commercial and shareware TeX
vendors" in the survey "TeX Resources on the Web".
