Some ligatures Romande ADF Style Std not shown

Hi all,
The following
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{xltxtra}
\begin{document}
also for the DemiBold for Romande ADF Style Std\\
\fontspec{Romande ADF Style
Std}\addfontfeatures{Ligatures={Required,Common,Rare}}
\noindent AE OE \char"E001 \char"E002 ae ff ffi ffl fi fl oe st ß\\
\end{document}
will result in both LuaLaTeX and XeLaTeX in a PDF with some ligatures
missing although these ligatures are available in the font.
This was reported against latest TeX Live on Ubuntu. Can someone
reproduce this? Can this be fixed?
