amsart: Ändere Font des titels

Hallo

Folgendes Minimalbeispiel

Damit ist der normale Title nicht in Großbuchstaben. Ich würde aber gern
den Kurztitel ebenfalls nicht in Großbuchstaben haben außerdem würde ich
gerne den Font verkleinern.

Weiß jemand wie das geht?
