lade packet, abhängig von der TL version?

Hallo 

Ist es möglich, eine if Konstruktion zu basteln, so daß, 

    1. wenn der File mit texlive 2023 kompiliert wird, eine Version eines Style files geladen wird,

    2. Wird texlive 2019 benutzt wird eine andere Version des Style
       files geladen


So was wie

if texlive=2023
   \uspackage{version23/nicematrix}
else
    \uspackage{version19/nicematrix}
end

Das Problem kommt daher, daß nicht alle Authoren die selbe texlive
Version installiert haben.
