Datei kann kompiliert werden aber es gibt eine obskure Fehlermeldung

Hallo

Beim Kompilieren eines längeren Dokuments erhalte ich Meldungen wie diese:

pdfTeX warning (ext4): destination with the same identifier (name{equation.2.4}) has been already used, duplicate ignored
<argument> ...shipout:D \box_use:N \l_shipout_box 
                                                  \__shipout_drop_firstpage_...l.1243 \end{align}


Aber die Umgebung sieht so aus, und dieses label kommt nicht noch einmal vor
\begin{align} \label{E:Tdivergence}
  D_{\nu} T^{\mu \nu} = 0, && (\mu = 0,1,2,3).
\end{align}

Was ist da los?

Ich habe zb in https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/18924/pdftex-warning-ext4-destination-with-the-same-identifier-nam-epage-1-has 
gesucht, aber das hat nicht geholfen.
