OpenType oder TrueType Schrift in LaTeX verwenden

Ich möchte gerne in einem LaTeX-Dokument generell eine bestimmte 
OpenType Schrift (liegt als Datei vor) verwenden und suche dafür eine 
Lösung.

Danke im voraus für Eure Tipps ..
