MIME types on subversion

Hi,
I've attempted to modify code from the SVN repository, however when I 
try to make a patch of (for example) test/tabular.tex my patch looks like:

Index: tabular.tex

Cannot display: file marked as a binary type.
svn:mime-type = application/x-tex

The file extensions *.tex and *.bib should not have a MIME type 
declared, since they are more-or-less text files, whereas *.pdf, *.eps 
and other formats have properly assigned MIME types. I've attached a 
patch to remove MIME types for *.tex and *.bib for the test directory 
(I've also remove the "executable" MIME type as well).
