I added a few sentences to the docu regarding utf-8 support.
I think that the users who use utf-8 encoded TeX input do know better 
than I how to use this, so I'd like to wait if something is not clear 
enough. utf-8 support was just recently added to latex2rtf and is 
correctly described as experimental, so anyone using it should be 
prepared to find bugs.

I like this.

If there is nothing else to fix, I am ready to upload the DOS version 
of this release.
