please test current latex2rtf for release as 2.1

Hello All,

I would like to release a new version of latex2rtf soon.  The major
improvement in this version is that latex2rtf has finally moved to
Unicode.  A tarball is available from

http://omlc.ogi.edu/software/tex_convert/latex2rtf-2.1.0.tar.gz

Unpack the tarball and cd to the latex2rtf-2.1.0 directory and type

$ make check

which should build and convert a bunch of test files.  You should see

     Braces are ok in 32/32 files

at the end.  You could also

$ cd test && make enc

and look at any enc_xxxx.rtf files (where xxxx is an encoding that you
have used.)
